anyone have a good link or advice on how to successfully transition from breastfeeding to pumping when returning to work? I want some sort of supply to send to the babysitter but when do I start pumping? I only have 6 weeks off after he comes.

when i asked my mom when to switch off she said the soctors always told her to breast feed for at least 2 to 3 weeks before going pump so that your body keeps producing enough milk cause the pump reacts fifferent to the nipple and makes it think the baby is not eating anymore if you do it too early.
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
