no. there was a study posted in 2009 that regular can create excess mucus and block the airways because of the menthol and camphor typically found in them. where the baby version doesn't contain those ingredients

I only have generic vapor rub but it isn't got babys can I still use it @_akgirl

baby Vicks on his feet+socks. humidifier or steam shower. if you're breastfeeding, a couple drops of breast milk in each nostril then use a nose Frieda or the bulb thing.
