so just got done with glucose test and the woman was like were you fasting before you came in? no my doctor didn't tell me to. she looked disappointed so will probably have to come back for 3 hour test... ugh. wish my doctor would have told me

I heard that if you don't eat before the glucose test that could make you fail it my doctor told me to eat whole carbohydrates and not to eat sugary cereal or anything like that

i had a few sips of a pop before i got up here it was all we had in car on way up here so probably have to come back @lizzyamcmahan

some Dr believe that you need to go into your glucose test as any other normal day instead of fasting to try and pass it. my first Dr with my 1st pregnancy didn't have me fast but this one did.. I passed both times. @tortor4894

that's weird , my doctor said to eat dinner and breakfast as normal. just no eating after you drink the glucola. I passed mine no problem

the 1 hour I was told I didn't have to fast. the 3 hour however I did have go fast but thankfully my test was first thing in the morning
