this question might be dumb but I'm a first time mommy and I know drinking some teas are bad but what about Thai tea ? is it bad to drink it?

So idk if this is a Mexican thing moms say but I heard it's not good to drink tea while pregnant and at my job I used to drink green tea with milk and sugar and I've been really wanting one so bad!!! Is this true? Supposedly some teas make you have a misscarage?
