I didn't have to add my daughter myself the hospital took all the information from me and sent it in for me.

@kennedydanielle, that's weird.. I'm sure if you Google your insurance company you can get a number usually an 800 number or contact your local DHHS office

They told me they don't have my daughter added that's why I have been trying
