I took a hot shower and bath, lasted maybe 25 minutes in total. I didn't realize heat like that was a no-no, although I'm a very cold person so it's not all that easy to raise my body temp...I'm kind of feeling really shitty about it.

I feel bad sometimes too I turn the water hotter when I shower for a few seconds to get the chill out my body. feels so good.
I can't wait til I can bathe and have the water hot as I can stand !
it's only bad if your body temp raises @mommamandymegs I live in the bath tub and my daughter is fine@mommamandymegs

before I found out that I was pregnant I went and spent 3 hours at a trampoline park... and drank 1 redbull and 2 coffees a day... baby is totally fine tho.
