I was told you don't have two wait the two hours if you don't feel buzzed not enough alcohol gets in to the milk if your buzzed then you'd wait

It's rare that I drink and I'd rather breastfeed over drinking any day

This goes for someone who drinks on occasion. Someone who drinks and gets pretty buzzed all the time shouldn't breastfeed.

You can drink and breastfeed. Just don't breastfeed when you are drunk. It leaves your breast milk when it leaves your bloodstream. If you are too drunk to drive, don't breastfeed. So as soon as you are sober you can breastfeed. Pumping and dumping doesn't do anything besides waste milk.

if it's just one beer you're fine. I've actually heard that one beer is good for your breast milk because of something in it but don't quote me on that you'd have to research that because it's just something ive heard

I was told that once you don't feel a buzz from the drink anymore that the milk is good. I was never told to pump and dump unless I got home and I'm still drunk or buzzed and my boobs are going to explode lol
