it's really annoying when other moms on this site say that you are attacking them when you really weren't. I told this girl to be grateful for what she has and suddenly I'm attacking her calling her ungrateful. like seriously no. there are lots of woman up here trying to get pregnant or who have had multiple miscarriages. they would kill to be pregnant right now regardless of the sex they are having. I was simply saying that you shouldn't be jealous of anything anyone else has and upset because someone else got the sex you wanted. God gave you what he wanted you to have. you don't always get what you want. my sister both ended up with two children of the opposite sex they wanted and are not upset that I ended up with the sex's I wanted.

even though I want a boy I will be happy with a healthy baby regardless of gender. after five losses and a preemie I'm just thankful for a healthy baby.

@lakilucid, yeah I was telling her to be grateful because she said that she would be really upset if her boyfriend's sister has a girl because she wanted a girl and got a boy. and I'm just like you shouldn't be upset be happy I know its upsetting to not get the sex you wanted but you shouldn't be upset with someone else if they get what you wanted. my sister wanted a boy for both of her pregnancies and she was upset especially since we are pregnant together but she's accepted it. she not upset with me one bit and I wouldn't be upset about her having what I wanted. either way its a gift from God.

@lakilucid, I meet this women at McDonald's who was like 70 she was with her husband. she saw my daughter and she just looked so said and told me how I was so blessed because she could not have children.

its childish to be upset that someone else's baby is the gender you wanted. that so juvenile. be happy you have a healthy baby is how I feel. extremely selfish.

That always upsets me when I see things like that. Having a healthy baby is far more important than the gender. I get wanting a particular gender, but come on! I didn't even find out my baby's gender at my anatomy scan because instead I found out my baby has a heart defect. Not getting the gender you want isn't the worst news, having a sick baby is! SMH!

@lakilucid, @rebcamdot exactly what I said. a woman said that I don't understand because my babies are the sex I wanted but really I don't care. in have healthy children and that's all I want and need.

I cant . my only ride is my brother a d he won't go until Friday. its a three hour drive including a ferry. I have the gas money but he doesn't want to be stuck at a hospital for four hours.

@marikass1012, yeah. I just had to say something. I mean she's young so she's not going to be as mature as older mothers but still you can't throw a fit when you don't get what you want
