I would have my hubby just massage them. But not much helped😢 when I told my dr she said try sleeping sitting up with pillows behind you. I was like really?! 😒 that's not comfortable at all smh

@izzywaylon2016, Mine have been doing the same thing for the past month, both arms and hand go numb, with shooting pains, doctor said could be carpal tunnel induced by pregnancy and to buy wrist braces, I wore mine last night and they help really well!!!

Ugh I went through that too😔 it goes away when baby is born. During the night when I would sleep it hurt the most😒 smh
