I know its not always the case , but does your second baby come earlier and easier than your first ?…

My first was 13 hours of labor but it was easy, no pain or anything. it was very relaxed, just laying in bed all day waiting for my body to dialate. then I felt her head drop down and 15 minutes later she was here. my 2nd, my water broke at 3cm (where I had been for over a week) then less than 4 hours later my daughter was here. and it was not easy, contractions were uncomfortable to start and after my water broke they were terrible. in like 1 hours I dialated from a 3 to a 6 and was demanding my epidural, an hour after my epidural I was ready to push and she was here.

oh goodness .... I had my first son at 37 weeks lost my mucus plug a week before that and ended up having my water break in bed and went to the hospital at 3 something am and had him at 1:32 pm and it was pretty good , when I was pregnant with him I didn't start feeling pain down in my pelvic area until I was like 35 weeks and here I am 31 weeks and have been having horrible pelvic pains since 28 weeks , mild contractions that come and go and my cervix is all the way softened Im just wondering if I'll have him earlier than I did my first , around the same time as my first , my due date or past my due date .... it just feels like my body is preparing for labor way earlier than my first @crunchymomma

My body began preparing for labor wayyy early for my 2nd and I went passed my due date. my body never had Braxton hicks or anything with my first and I gave birth right on my due date lol.

but I'll say, I much preferred my all day labor to my short and quick labor. my short one was way to intense for me. but with my 1st I had stitches, my 2nd daughter was much bigger but I didn't tear at all, and for my 2nd the only people at the hospital the entire time was my boyfriend and my best friend. no one else at all until an hour and a half after I delivered. and it was really nice being only me and my boyfriend most of the time honestly.

Mine did! But my third? Not so much, headed to the hospital in about 3 hours to be induced.

It Took My Sister 12 Hours To Have My Nephew (First Delivery) And Only 3 To Have My Niece (Second Delivery) She Also Preferred The Long Labor. She Said In Some Way It Was Easier! Good Luck!!
