get a long sock fill it with rice heat it up in the microwave (look up how long) if u have to get a couple of them and lay them under u for ur back works wonders then a nice warm bath helps to

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I know it sucks but its all worth it
