So I've been doing kegals, right? It's suddenly hurting when I do them. Like cramps sort of. anyone else had this? Should I be worried?

how often are you doing them and how long are you holding each squeeze are you doing short squeezes and a lot of longer ones. maybe it's just how much your doing. but I'd say if it starts to hurt again tomorrow try changing it a little @kaatelynn8562

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
