my daughter always had fevers, they told me just switch between motrin & Tylenol. but definitely go to the hospital so they can see what's causing it. my daughter had fevers once for a rash, another time for an ear infection, and when she was sick.

take him to the hospital. you can even call 911 and have them take you. if there is too much snow.

the fever is fighting the virus its ok actually. I just went through this with my daughter. hers got up to 104 at one point. but a 102 fever isn't super bad for a baby because their body Temps run a little higher anyways. if the temp is going down from the Tylenol that is a good sign. there isn't much else but cuddles after that! and push fluids. I bought pedialyte and my daughter drank that to help stay hydrated. if the two gets higher even after Tylenol then I would bring baby in because you might need antibiotics.
