No. If u feel uncomfortable with something then you should try to. I didn't take any classes with my first. I did a. Bunch of research though.

I honestly don't know. I think they teach you how to breath through contractions? That's what I heard.

There are different ones, for for babies, how to be comfortable while in labor, the list goes on

The one I took was at the hospital I'm going to gave the baby at they covered stages of labor, when to come to the hospital, possible complications and intervention, pain relief options, and post-partum care if you want to take a class on natural birth that is Lamaze not child birthing class
