question what is the point of a crib bumper im trying to decide if I want to use it.

I have a picture of my son in his crib without a bumper I'll post it lol its funny and cute.

The bumper is supposed to protect the baby from bumping their heads on the bars but it's been known to cause suffocation... Big controversy on bumpers lol

oh he was definitely fine for some reason he was just comfortable like that idk he was a weird baby lol but I almost peed from seeing him like that.

yea he was my funny boy. he just started playing Patty cake by himself before he passed.

I didn't use one at first because she really didn't move much but one she started rolling all over her crib I got a mesh one and keeps her from getting stuck and it does protect sometimes when she bumps her head. there have been times when her face was close to it while sleeping so I am glad I had the mesh one lol.

no old bumpers bad. they have ones that are breathable. those are safe to use. @hermommy
