I need your opinions mommies, my chunkers has a rash on his face, rough to the touch and it goes down to his chin. As you can see in the pictures, it's all over. sometimes it gets bright red and then it clears up, at first i thought it was baby acne.. any ideas what it may be?

eczema.. try an oatmeal based baby lotion like aveeno or something of that sort. should help clear it up

My nephews baby acne was rough feeling in certain places. It could also be eczema (spell check). My son has eczema and it's a little dry/rough feeling.
In the meantime while waiting for insurance, coconut oil helps!
I agree, it looks like baby acne. When my little one had it, it was was tough to the touch as well.

Baby acne or maybe eczema but if you're worried about it you should Def take him to the doctor. better safe than sorry
