I do. but laying down side ways! I've tried laying on my back with her on my boob but I feel like the milk doesn't flow into her mouth as well that way. haha..
I have on my side several times, but I feel like the angle is awkward for me and she pulls on my nipple weird lol on my back just doesn't happen cuz her face just buries into my boob lol
I do as well however I had to wait till she was 2 and 1/2 months old for us to be successful. I have huge boobs and as a newborn I was worried of suffocation.

Lucky! I try and try and seems my baby doesn't like it. And it would be wonderful to be laying down while feeding her @mommytomia
