How much water do all the mommies here drink a day? I try to drink no less than 4 bottles of water a day.

@ajm326 That's actually what the nurse told me but I had a hard time drinking that much breastfeeding, I drank close to a gallon but was still on the dehydrated side couldn't seem to guzzle enough. I normally drank about 100-110 ounces of water a day that's a little less then a gallon

Two gallons is what the hospital told me to drink. So idk. And yes I know you can drink too much. But when you are pregnant you need to drink a whole lot more than you normally would. Plus you're supposed to empty your bladder every 2 hours at least so you need to replenish.

Lmao two gallons of water is 256 oz... Definitely not necessary

oh yea?? I already pee a lot.. I know that's health an all. but I don't have so much time to drink DAT much.. I drink water in place of every beverage tho.I doubt it adds up to 2 gallons😣

Definitely. I just try to drink as much as I can. And as long as pee is clear than your good.

I drink around 5-8 bottles a day depending on how I'm feeling I'll drink more, and not including the 4 bottles i drink at night. I've always loved water and pregnancy has made me extra thirsty.

@wildtank, that's good! I know I'm supposed to drink no less than 64 ounces a day.. But some days I just don't seem that thirsty and I figure as long as my pee is clear I'm good.

I drank about 80-90 ounces a day... I was so thirsty the whole time. About 100-110 while breastfeeding and I was still dehydrated

my doc told me today I should be drinking up to 8 bottle a day.....I was like wattttt😨im lucky I do 3 bottles
