This may be a stupid question, but am I correct in saying you don't ovulate while pregnant? I took an ovulation test yesterday when it should have been positive, but it was negative. so I took a pregnancy test and it was negative as well. Just wondering if I keep testing every other day for ovulation and it keeps being negative if I should continue to test for pregnancy or just go see a doctor.

@mrs.rds2, yes ovulation tests test for LH but they also pick up HCG which is the pregnancy hormone.
I'm pretty sure an ovulation test will show positive if your pregnant.
So my period should be here Saturday and I just took a first response pregnancy test and came back negative.. Ugh 💔
