This may be a stupid question, but am I correct in saying you don't ovulate while pregnant? I took an ovulation test yesterday when it should have been positive, but it was negative. so I took a pregnancy test and it was negative as well. Just wondering if I keep testing every other day for ovulation and it keeps being negative if I should continue to test for pregnancy or just go see a doctor.
