I have a cold and while i laid down i noticed i have some fluid in my ear, any recommendations to help get it out?

is it actual fluid or just drainage from your sinuses? if it is just drainage then you can put a hot rag or compress over it and it will help break it up.
Probably not a GOOD recommendation, but I get water stuck in my ears a lot after bathing and I just jerk my head really hard to that side until it trickles out. My husband looks at me like a lunatic lol

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@shani4101, I am honestly not sure. I think its sinus drainage but its hard for me to hear out of my right ear and its painful so I think I might have an ear infection. 😥 I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow
