yeah all of those things contract your uterus so once your body is ready to go into labor, its a great natural way to induce it. it is safe to have sex (unless you have certain complications) up until your water breaks and is actually recommended to strengthen your vaginal muscles to prepare for labor. it gets harder to do the further along you are though lol im 34 weeks tomorrow and let's just say it gets interesting sometimes with me and hubby lol
