We waited the six weeks because we'd try before, but my skin would start to tear again. It's not just because of stitches, but also because the skin is trying to return to normal size and strength! The skin stretches and thins a lot during labor/delivery, obviously.

I hated it too, but I was worried my insicion would open and my insides would fall out (yes my exact thoughts, I'm weird ik) @wendy_hammett

i stopped bleeding already but i hate doing it sideways lol @nicholefrank

I stopped bleeding at about 3 weeks pp after mine and we had sex at about 5 weeks, mainly because I wasnt on BC and I was worried, but we did it with me laying on my side so my husband didn't put too much pressure on my incision.
