lol go for it! also did some nipple stimulation after I had bloody show and bounced on an excersize ball! but the sperm softens and ripens the cervix if its ready so leaving it in for like 10 min after is what I did. I had my So hold up my legs afterwards lol and would always cramp/contract for a few hours after! @sarahe714

not really I was dialted already @32 weeks and my 1st was early. all last week I was very active and had sex alot as well as ate 3 pineapples! @sarahe714 my water actually broke and contractions never started so they had to give pitocin
