so since I don't have $300 to shell out for a dating ultrasound and am still waiting to be approved for medicaid, I'm just admitting myself to the er at the outer banks hospital on Friday to check on the baby. I'm roughly 17 weeks and have yet to hear even a heartbeat and am high risk and have been cramping like mad, having horrid migraines and nearly fainting. if they won't help me, I'll beat them at their own game. they can bill me for it. but I will find out if my little bean is OK.

that's what I said. if I'm waiting on Medicaid what makes them think I have $300 to throw at them? of coarse DSS and the health department never answer their phones either. -.-

😒 yeah they literally make you wait around forever just to even find out if you're going to be covered. I applied back in October my husband was covered in November while they made me wait til January 1 for coverage.

@thestarsinorlove, I know its so stupid. I already get for stamps so I know I'm gonna be accepted. hubby applied for unemployment and hasn't heard anything back.

I had to reapply when I got pregnant so this time I applied for me my husband and daughter and the next month they had him covered but I had to wait til the 1 day of January even though I'm the pregnant one its ridiculous
