yeah youll be fine unless you start hurting more than usual or bleeding .. theres alot of cushion around the baby. but you could always call your doc or l&d and ask

baby should be fine. baby is protected by all the water plus you muscles and stuff. don't worry. I fell at 38 week a with a past pregnancy and baby was fine.
