What have you done to help your acid reflux?
I've been taking ranitidine & TUMS constantly & it's not helping.. I get it without even eating anything also so it's not just what I'm eating.
This heartburn is horrendous, everytime I eat, no matter what it is it's severe. No amount of gaviscon is helping! 😭😭. What else can I do?

My Dr prescribed me pepcid & it works wonders! Lol
