Sometimes it feels so much better to just lay in the fetal position and cry and cry and cry. Cry until you forget why your crying. Then maybe after you can't cry no more you can think straighter and with a clearer mind.

Exactly. I'm the most stressed out person and I hate when my friends tell me not to stress...like how am I supposed to do that? I'm not a Disney princess. I'm not gonna pretend things don't bother me. Nooooo waaay. I can't do it.
@iamthebluebird, I certain amount of stress will happen. Life is not perfect for anybody.. Especially a woman who's pregnant. When people say don't stress at all its a unrealistic request
@jennaboo, I just figure it's probably easier on myself and baby if I let it all out in only about 10 minutes and have a happier day then feeling like this all day long. I know either way it's not good
Here for you! A certain amount of stress is good for baby! It shows their body the chemicals they need to fight anxiety and stuff. I worded that weird but it's a real thing!
@jennaboo, but is it better to keep it locked up and fighting tears all day or to let it all out?

Yeah. Even if you was to put on a pretty smile and pretend everything is perfect in reality it's all just shoved down inside
