more expensive the bigger the city, around college & highly populated areas (downtown)

Texas is very expensive in some areas and cheaper in others just pick a good place

Who lives in Texas?

DH wants to make a transfer in the company he works for to Texas. Right outside of Waco. I know nothing about Texas as I've never been there (though I wanna meet chip and Joanna Gaines so bad!) we have a 6 year old and 1 1/2 year old and no family in Texas. This would be a big move since we are in NY. advice? ?
