Is there any tips for dealing with leg cramps? They hurts so bad 😖
My midwife told me more potassium. Bananas and raisins are the best for that and tons of water. I like to cheat and eat the yogurt/chocolate covered raisins and she said that counts 😉
My prenatal yoga teacher has us stepping on a tennis ball and applying pressure wherever it's stiffest! I feel like it's helped a lot!
