Mine was almost 3 weeks after my missed period before it showed up. I was supposed to start July 9th and finally got a positive test July 25th. So if your period is over a week late and you still have a negative test go to the dr

I got a positive after being one day late and it was a strong positive.

i think it depends. most I've looked at say best results as early as 3-4 days before your missed period. but some people dont get a BFP til after a week or so

I took a test at 8 dpo exactly and it was positive. Everyone is different though, it is possible.
