@sktraum, I hope mine comes back soon specially with breastfeeding, not being hungry makes it hard always forcing myself to eat.

It took me almost a month after my c section to finally want to eat again!

I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to eat lighter stuff like applesauce or bananas. My son is 11 days new and my appetite is still crappy.

@bets, same here. Whatever sounds best to you whether it's good or junk, indulge a little that helped me . Something sweet may help increase apetite because sugar can bring on cravings? That could help?

@myliltadpole1116, exactly breastfeeding is why I have to force myself to eat or else I would be able to go a full day not eating at all and I wouldn't even know. I hope it comes back, I hate not enjoying my food because I never feel hungry.

I'm a month pp today. It still isn't 100% but I started eating a little more and actually started to feel hungry last week. Breastfeeding is the only reason why I really have been eating. I had to force feed myself .
