my poor 4 week old is so constipated. she pooped once yesterday after a lot of effort and hasn't pooped since. she was up all night wailing. this mommy needs some help, bad. any suggestions for me?

It's common for new borns to go a full 7 days without pooping as long as you're still getting plenty of wet diapers. Could be a gas thing. You can google baby gas massages. I personally got this from advise from my pediatrician
