I have PPD and it gets so hard for me. While my husband gets to sleep during the night, I'm the one who gets up with my daughter to feed and change her and sometimes stay up with her because she can't sleep. I wake up most times feeling so lonely and sad and angry at him or even myself. Maybe it's my lack of sleep? But sometimes I feel like I'm in this alone. I love my daughter like no other but watching her day and night is taking it's tole on me. I have so much respect for the single mothers out there but when I have a husband who can actually help me and doesn't, it gets so frustrating. I can talk to him about it knowing it'll turn into an argument or I can stick it out the best I can. I don't know what to do anymore.

it gets better. i was diagnosed at 3 months pp, unfortunately no one took me seriously until it got really bad. Is there anyone that might be willing to keep an eye on baby for a couple hours ao you can try and catch up on some sleep? lack of sleep definitely doesnt help with the depression.
