Lay on your side with a pillow between your legs or lay down with 2 pillows propping you up a little (so you're not all the way up but not all the way down) @saniyas_mommy
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
I'm so ready to go into labor but I'm so scared of that pain 😩😩😩
This is too hard..... The lost of my Ellie. Being kicked out of my exes Being a single mom to 2 kids No job No car Soon to be homeless Nobody to help me Mental and physical health issues I'm just ready to end it all. The pain is too much. I'm starting to have panic attacks everyday. Especially when my kids are sleeping or more so when I'm by myself.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
C section moms when does the pain stop 😔😔😔😩

Yes, it could be braxton hicks round ligament pain, or the way your baby is laying. Keep an eye on how frequent and if they become more intense and me frequent though.
