Okay, I want to regain my flat belly and perky butt that I have lost since pregnancy. I can't afford a gym membership, so all workouts/health foods need to be homeade. Any suggestions?

Squats and planks! Will get you the but and core strength that will help rebuild your abs. :). Try to avoid processed foods and refined sugars. Look for lean proteins and veggies. 😉
