Does anyone nausea feels like a really bad upset stomach? My first pregnancy wasn't this bad and I threw up every day; all day. I'm not sure is this normal!

My first one wasn't this bad! My whole body aches,my boobs feel like they are going to explode, & I'm nauseous ALL damn day!! @babydoll1985
