I'm experiencing it right now and its slowly going away cuz I'm drinking alot of water.

I've had cramps all day. Finally starting to go away. Shouldn't be anything to worry about but call your dr if you're worried it's never a bad thing to get some dr advice :)

You should go to the hospital just in case you could be having contractions or it could be Braxton Hicks.

I always have lower back pain . cramping sometimes. drink some water and Tylenol.
