I'd call the doctor to be safe. I'm 29 weeks and currently in the hospital because I had spotting. Mine was caused from a small partial placenta abruption so I have to stay until 48 hours after bleeding stops.

Yeah breakthrough bleeding happens (if it happens) through your first trimester into mid 2nd as far as I know.

Could be where baby is putting so much pressure on your cervix causing it to bleed a little, but I call your doctor, and have them find out what it is. It could be a variety of things. Or even breakthrough, but unlikely with how far along you are
