Yea I thought my fiance would but he said no listen to the nurses @dessylove11 made me more mad..
there going to keep monitoring you. i was just having contractions and i went from 1cm to 3 in 2 hours then they told me they were going to keep me. my water broke about 10 hours into labor was about 5cm then and it really speeds up after your water brakes i was in labor for 17 total hours. i was so hungry sleepy i got the epidural at 8cm. maybe someone can sneak u in a little something lol
prayers your way you might just be having the baby. have they checked if your dialated??
when i had my first daughter i had her at 36weeks they wouldn't give me anything to eat or drink. according to them its because lets say you do go into labor none of the anestesia will work and they also do it to prevent you to not throw up or poop during labor. But now that i know i am for sure eating and drinking before i get to the hospital and sneaking me in a water bottle. they suck.
I know that sucks @havens_mom they can not tell a pregnant woman she cant eat....

nope, just on iv for bladder infection but because I'm having contractions they won't let me drink or eat anything. I'm aggravated and hungry.
oh i know the feeling mine did the same to me i kicked him out and told him dont come back because he got really mad at me when i decided to get the epidural. thats way this time around am defiantly eating first. aww i wish i could help.
