Really worried that I'm leaking amniotic fluid im just not sure though 😣 wondering if I should go in

I was standing up when it started and just felt a little trickle come down and out of my underwear. I called the Dr and the told me to go to the Hospital just to be safe. it turned out it was my fluid.

Yeah I shower everyday. I showered this morning and shortly after it happened again. But it dosnt look or feel like discharge it's soaking through my underwear onto my pants too @juliannap

Have you showered? Might be a dumb question but sometimes if I go a day without showering my fluid smells as well. I have a lot of discharge I change underwear like 3 times a day but if you feel that it's actual fluid and not normal discharge call your OB or go in. Better safe than sorry. You know your body

What sighns did you have @mrsmitchell I keep having to change my underwear they keep getting very wet, it isn't discharge that is coming out , there is no color and it has a very very weird smell to it @juliannap

How do you know? What are the signs? Fluid just keeps pouring down?

I think you should go. I started leaking fluid with my last pregnancy around 26 weeks and was admitted to the hospital until I had her at 33 weeks. If you are you are at risk for infection if it goes untreated.

lift your tummy and let it drop. if fluid comes out good chance it's your water and you should head in!
