Is it weird I'm still not nervous for labour with 5 days to go? All thats wrong is I'm worried that midwives are going to treat me differently for my age 😕 got my fingers crossed that one of the midwives is there is who I met on Friday, she's amazing!

@firsttimemummy21, braver than me to be planning already! If I plan another it won't be for a good few years yet 😂 xx

@winterbaby95 fingers crossed! My mums first midwife (when she gave birth to my oldest sibling) gave her a mouthful for pooing the bed, which she couldn't help! Made her scared to push out her next one and when she told the midwife why she was so kind, told her she could do anything as long as they got the baby out! Fingers crossed I get someone like the second midwife, not the first. At least I'm not the only one! Mum keeps saying I must be joking when I say I'm not scared 😂 xxz

Their main priority is the health and safety of you and your baby! No matter how old you are! They should be treating you with the same level of respect as an older parent! I don't think they will treat you any different hun! In their eyes...delivering a healthy baby is what they care about :) I'm not scared about labour at all :) xxx

@baby-2016, I will do thank you. Like my sister then, she fell pregnant on the injection but it was due to antibiotics from an operation she'd had. Congratulations ☺ good luck! xx

@firsttimemummy21, I hope so, even the midwife I saw Friday though has said she hopes she's working when I go in to have little man. Think I've made a friend 😂 xx

@baby-2016 I hope they're like that with me then, when I went in on Friday for a tour of the labour ward all the nurses were kind but I got funny looks for being 15 from a couple of them. Just hoping that doesn't happen when I have him. I admire you for that, don't think I could do this 6 times, struggling doing it just once haha xx

I had my twins at 15 and the midwives Drs and consultant at the hospital were all lovely. they treated me with respect. had the same consultant with my next two boys and know some of the midwifes at hospital. this is baby no6 and I'm nervous @katiesutheran2014 xx

I am 21, fell pregnant at 20 so I guess I'm also a young mum :p and maybe if you feel your midwife isn't being nice than you can ask to change? I dunno xx

My mum keeps saying I'm lying for not being nervous @firsttimemummy21 😂 I think in the back of her mind she doesn't think I'll be able to handle the pain, she's such a worrier 😂 fingers crossed! my mum was 20 when she had her first and she had a funny midwife then, gave her a right mouthful for something she couldn't help! Haven't just got fingers crossed in fact, I'm crossing everything I can that everything goes well! xx

I'm 20 weeks and not nervous about labour at all! what's the point? It's inevitable 😂 and it just means you get to meet your baby!! The midwives won't treat you any differently! I'm sure they get hundreds of young mums, some definitely younger than you! xx

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
