So last night I coughed really hard and the bottom of my stomach started cramping,  then this morning the same thing happened when I sneezed. is this normal? it lasted only a few seconds but it hurt pretty bad 😣

thanks I was wondering if that's what it was because I sometimes have round ligament pain in my pelvic area when I walk and when I sneezed it felt like that, it was just way more intense than what I was used to @jborton
