Eczema??

Might be keratitis pilarus, I developed mine right around the same age.

Heat rash?

@wonderland1202, @arians_mommy. @kirstenxoxo it showed up last night. The day she turned 6 months old. And then this morning it's spread. Not a lot, but a little!

Does she seem uncomfortable?

My son got heat rash really easy. It was like little red bumps. Once he kind of "aired out" they went away by the end of the day.

my daughter had that and it turned into red bloches and it turns out it was very dry skin and eczema..

You can get a soap for babies for eczema that should help
