they did a pelvic exam on me and ruled out all other possible issues

i did read that it can even be hard to get an ultrasound sometimes even after 12 weeks. so its not impossible but i really am curious as to how you know you are pregnant for sure

A cryptic pregnancy is due to a hormonal imbalance. Meaning you won't get the hormones to give you a positive test. But an ultrasound cannot miss a fourteen week old, second trimester baby or the uterus. Ultrasounds aren't wrong at this stage. I'd go get one if I were you.

she seems horrible-_- but i am wondering genuinely how you know for a fact you are pregnant... they HAVE to have a way to find the baby in there

and With cryptic pregnancy sometimes ultrasound turn negative too....

Go to a boutique and get an ultrasound! For peace of mind. At fourteen weeks an ultrasound will show a baby. There's no way it can't (:

I went once for a pelvic exam. but I will never see my baby on an ultrasound and I will never hear the heartbeat because I will never have a positive tests so hospitals don't recognize it

I looked it up and it said some times even the ultrasound don't show the baby even if there is a baby! that's crazy. Congrats on your pregnancy though

@brittneylove, cryptic pregnancy is were the HCG in my system is to low to have a positive tests result.
