Right before you started lactating did you notice anything different? I have a knot which I know is a sign it'll start soon but I have all these bumps around my aereola with white heads now too. I've been getting a random sharp pain in the side of my left boob as well but so far nothing is coming out. I'm just curious when I might start leaking lol

I had the same thing happen but I never leaked. but I have an oversupply. it all really depends on each individual person

just because you don't leak doesn't mean you won't have a good supply of milk c:

you get milk after baby is born unless it's not your first it's in there

yea milk comes in after baby is born! as for the little bumps on your breast those are natural nipple cleaners! they keep your nipples clean so you dont have to wash them before and after you breast feed! I have them and asked my ob thats what he told me!
