Yes. First pregnancy (girl) I had horrible morning sickness, acne, fatigue.I craved sweet and savory things. Second pregnancy (boy) No morning sickness ever, no acne, I am tired a lot but I'm anemic. I crave spicy things. My pregnancies are nothing alike.

my last pregnancy with my son , was hands down amazing. I had no symptoms, not even cravings. so this time around im hoping it's different (i would love to have a girl) so far I am breaking out a bit , I feel sleepy all day, & nauseous. @carlismommy12

w my daughter I couldnt eat breakfast and I had acne really bad..w my second pregnancy I have diabetes..swelling..acne on my chest and he rejects everything his daddy doesn't like..

There is really no telling. My mom had no morning sickness. she had 2 boys and me. I have heard that with most girls you will have horrible morning sickness. I literally couldn't get out of bed and cried a lot. lol

@carlismommy12, my mom too. with me she said it was a piece of cake ! All i can do is wait lol

With my two boys I had little to no pregnancy symptoms but with this one, I'm always nauseated, occasional morning sickness, certain food cravings, dry skin, and always exhausted. Hopefully it's my little girl.

Yes. Totally different. My son only morning sickness the first 3 weeks. My daughter I was loving it. No symptoms easy pregnancy. This 3 pregnancy has been by far the hardest. I feel fautigue , morning sickness ,No appetite, Headaches and list keeps going. I still dont know what I am having and I am 16 wks.

Yes mine were different I wasn't sick with my son but with my daughter I was/still get sick

@ladynavarro, that's opposite of what I've been hearing. that girls give you morning sickness , but we're all very different !

different for me! well both I was sick but I'm way more tired this time and emotional as well!!!

Girl something just kept telling me I was having a girl my son even kept telling ppl he was having a sister before I even knew lol I was so happy hopefully you get what you want. @lucyyxoxo_

with my daughter i didnt have any symptoms, no morning sickness. and im pregnant with a little man and this pregnancy has been completely different, super sick, back hurts, not sleeping good. totally different.
