I have a sinus infection and I have for a few days and of course I've been taking Tylenol but it isn't helping is there anything else I can do? I'm over this sickness!!

I've done the nose stuff and it just makes the back of my nose hurt kinda and that stuff is safe to take while pregnant?

Tylenol cold and sinus, benedryl, flush out your nose with saline
