So im feeling really excited and nervous at the same time. AF came December 20th and stayed till January 3rd,I was supposed to start last week but its been 4 days and nothing. I pray AF doesnt show up this month! Af used to stay for 2 months and was heavy,now since ive been taking Inositol, Maca root capsuls, prenatals, Flaxseed oil & more ive been having normal periods and light ones to. Now AF stays for 8days to 2 weeks and then she appears 2 weeks later.. Im blessed its gotten better for me.. no more pain and suffering and losing a lot of blood.. photos in comments!!
