hahaha!! sorry... that slipped. no. he is a parent and taking care of the baby is also on him. my husband was the primary bread winner before being laid off. we both took care of the baby. we feel its 50/50 regardless who does what. if he works, I clean and cook. we take turns with diapers, feedings and baths.
